We provide physiotherapy services for neurological and spinal conditions. Our services include assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Appointments can be scheduled via online form, phone, email, or in person. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
Note: The late cancellation fee applies to our old clients only
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, mobile money, and major credit cards.
We do not directly accept insurance but can provide receipts for claims. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider regarding coverage.
Patients must provide accurate health information and inform us of any changes. Follow all treatment plans and recommendations provided by the physiotherapist.
We respect your privacy. All patient information will be kept confidential in accordance with Ugandan.
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from treatment. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ugandan law.
